The LTCA offers a variety of programs for the formation and preparation of those who want to serve the church in a variety of capacities and it offers an expanded multicultural emphasis, while not restricted to African Americans, provides a substantial segment of theological education within an African American context. The ELCA seminaries and Rev. Clark encourage candidates for ministry to participate in the LTCA program and to benefit from this experience in education.   The Center was recently awarded a grant to become a Resource Center for Black members / congregations within the ELCA, with an emphasis in Youth and Lay ministry.

We are in the process of developing pilot programs in the following areas:

     - Youth Leadership Training
     - Stewardship Initiative
     - Youth Leader's Trainiing      - Reformation Academy
     - Gospel Music Workshop
